THE EVERGREEN
The Evergreen includes full use of the outdoor spaces (includes the stage area, covered pavilion, and lawn space), tables, chairs, and restrooms.

Our event planning & design services start at just $250 includes helping you set budgets, select vendors, create event timelines, and decide on decor details.

Yes! We can upgrade your rental to include the Aria Courtyard for an additional $300 during weekdays and $500 on the weekends.

Yes! We require all renters to purchase event insurance. You’re welcome to find your own vendor or utilize ours here. The policies range between $90-$110.

Absolutely! We know parties need entertainment and what better way than inflatables! We have ample space in our lawn for bounce houses and an extended uncovered area for grilling.

You can give us a call or complete the event inquiry submission with all of your event details. We will follow up and send you your rental proposal, contract and payment link. It’s $250 to secure your date.

We offer flexible payment options. A $250 payment is due at time of booking and the remaining is due 2 weeks before your event.

Our team is happy to make your event day easy and seamless by having all of the party decor set up and ready to go. We can use our in house rentals, your decor or a blend of both.
